His expertise spans various sectors, including automotive and industrial equipment distribution, agri-food, downstream oil, and telecommunications.
A ce titre, il a piloté plusieurs opérations financières stratégiques : restructurations capitalistiques, valorisation et financements d’actifs, ingénierie financière et levées de fonds internationales, dues diligences et acquisitions cross border, financement de projets d’infrastructure en EPC+F (ECA covered), optimisation et refinancement de BFR.
He has served as a non-executive board member for several private and public entities in France, the United States, and Italy.
